Frenzy Reference Sheet Sketch

Yay! My pokemon OC Frenzy! I actually cosplayed this guy right here! It was so much fun! My favorite picture of such being this right here: [link]

Aw yes~ That con was so much fun and Frenzy, aka my 'Sableye' gijinka was a huge success! I had people yelling "Sableye!" pretty much every time I wore my outfit~ It was so awesome~

Though in all honestly, Frenzy isn't truly a Sableye in his backstory. In all truth he's a Ditto-human-hybrid that latched onto the form of his two best friends, Creeper and Crawler, who happen to be a pair of twin Sableye, to keep himself alive.

You see everything started way back when Frenzy was still a little boy, left to his Uncle's care after his parents... died?

His Uncle, unfortunately worked for Team Galactic -I personally refer to them as 'Team Galaxy', mainly because it rolls off the tongue better for me- and after hearing of a lack of guinea pigs for an upcoming experiment Galaxy wished to attempt, Frenzy's Uncle promptly donated the little guy to the cause.

As for the experiment, it more of less had to do with the idea of introducing pokemon DNA into human DNA with the hope of creating a stronger breed of human. Frenzy was unlucky enough to get Ditto DNA, which in my opinion just has to be unstable as all hell since Ditto is a shapeshifter. So guess what that special brand of fun began to do to the little guy? His DNA, not made to be like a Ditto's, quickly began to fall apart! Yay!

Only Frenzy didn't view the situation as fun sadly... but that's when Creeper and Crawler came into the picture! Having been Frenzy's playmates before all of this, Frenzy asked for the two for comfort, because falling apart was oh so painful! His Uncle allowed such and by a string of luck the Ditto DNA within him reacted to Creeper and Crawler's presence after a bit of time and more or less locked him into a Sableye form to keep him alive.

It was shortly after this that Frenzy killed his Uncle and then escaped with Creeper and Crawler and everything became right with the world~

Now, still having that Ditto DNA deep down and dormant, Frenzy has by now learned to make most of his Sableye parts go away to make himself at least look more human/normal. His gem eyes, however, remain no matter what he's tried so far, thus his long bangs to hide them. And like a Sableye he can't see very well in daylight, but can see excellently during the night and even better in pitch black areas such as caves.

Frenzy can also eat gemstones just like his pals Creeper and Crawler, though he tends to fall back on normal human food 9.9 times out of 10. He can also 'smell' gems, much like how I personally see Sableye being able to do. Each gemstone has a different smell and taste and the strength of both depends on the size of the gem and how pure it is and blah blah blah...

I'll stop talking now cause no one probably cares about this lol
